The OCM Challenge of IT / Part 1

Part 1 is aimed,

  • To review briefly the conditions where software systems were built at 80′s.
  • To emphasize the persistence of failures in today’s IT projects. 

This is the preamble (stressing the software development crashes at that times because of IT project’s mismanagement) to introduce my central discussion in the subsequent deliveries: the relationship between OCM, IT and PM.
